Picked up the GSG today!

Frank Borek @borekfk

Taking plinking to a whole new level

Joshua Howley @jehowley

Have the Sig version and LOVE it, 18" plates at 80 yards all day long

Hokie @hokie

Is the can and laser/light for anything other than tacticool factor? LOL. It's a .22lr for pete's sake.

Chris Parker @cparkr80

@hokie, just tacticool. Just a fun gun to plink and have fun with. :)

Christopher Reeves @creeves

Watch out for the barrel bushing. Mine broke one day while shooting, and now my ambi safety is non-functional it just moves and does not engage the safety. I have not been to pleased with it.

Chris Parker @cparkr80

@creeves I have heard of similar things on different forums. If it is still under warrenty, ATI will take care of it. Otherwise there is an aftermarket guide rod and spring that is supposed to help the barrel bushing not take a beating and break.

RC Biscuits @biscuits

My buddy bought the same one today. He already ordered a steel guide rod to play it safe.

Hokie @hokie

I guess I don't see the point. YMMV. I have a buddy that has one and I have shot it on many occasions. Great training tool for trigger control vs blowing .45 ammo. He mentioned that the can isn't even functional (doesn't use it with his).

Urban Guerilla @urbanguerilla

Congrats Chris! Great plinker. And is great for malfunction clearance training. I don't discriminate on which ammo to use in this gun, and haven't cleaned it in a while. The random malfunction is welcome.
