I do as well. I'll hate to leave it for various reasons, but our plan is relocating in North or South Carolina (where I'm from)...
@thegunwire I live in NC, and for what its worth, gas prices are MUCH cheaper in SC. NC has one of the highest gas taxes in the country.
If all goes as planned, we'll be in south Charlotte or just a step across the border...
