Yes i have two of those lights, the ND3 laser designator, and the ND5 laser illuminator. THEY ARE GREAT. They have an extremely long range and the ability adjust the width of the beam (wide for close range and narrow for longer ranges) is great! The ND5 is a good bit stronger than the ND3 and if i had to choose one to own it would be the ND5, the down side is that it is larger and has to be hand held, while the ND3 comes with various mounts.. mounting one mounted to your scope is obviously ideal for shooting, but it is much easier to scan when you don't have to do so with it on your gun. but they are both great, good battery life, and from all my experiences so far animals do not see it AT ALL.. Another plus (not only are they cheaper than night vision, you don't need any moon light).. hope i was able to help.
