The AR in AR-15 and other similar rifles does not stand for Assault Rifle/Automatic Rifle. AR stands for Armalite Rifle. Named after the company Eugene Stoner worked when he designed the rifle. If you have friends that don't know, educated them. We need more education about our industry and rights.
