1. Dude lives in Washington DC. Probably not in touch with reality.

3. Dude opened a package that obviously wasn't what he ordered, and then called the cops instead of UPS. Probably not in touch with reality.
According to the article it sounds like the shipping label was switched at UPS.
dude paid $324 for a tv, got a gun that sells for up to $1,800, calls cops and loses his money AND the gun. Definately not in touch with reality...
