This was from my last trip to the range. I was testing out my Kahr PM9. It's not been reliable since day one and I was mainly concerned with it cycling reliably. Well, that went out the window, so I decided to actually try being accurate are one point. All shots were from 21 feet.
How many rounds do you have through the gun? I have a CW9, had a few cycling problems during the first couple hundred rounds but after it got broken in (maybe 400 rounds) it runs perfectly.
Nice vertical group
I had a Kahr P9. Wouldn't reliably feed with a full mag. Sent it back. Still broke. Got rid of it and got me a Walther PPS.
@photac, as of that picture 500 rounds. It's got worse the more I shot it. It's experiencing the 2nd round nose dive issue. It's well documented and known of at their forums. It's also failing to lock the slide back on the last round randomly. @ptmccain, This is a Kahr, not a Kel Tec. Though my first CC was a Kel Tec P3AT and I would have trusted it with my life. It was a lot more reliable that this Kahr. @topshotdustin, yeah, after this trip I sent it back to Kahr under warranty. They polished the barrel and the feed ramp. I haven't been able to test out yet, but I'm sure it's not going to be fixed. As soon as I can get it cycling reliably I'm selling it. I actually bought a Shield to replace it already. Just need to get it to the range as well and run a few hundred rounds though it. Getting tired of carrying my 1911.
Sorry about the Kahr. I really like the M&P Shield in 9mm over the other options. (Kahr, Ruger, Kel Tec) I'm interested in how the you feel about the Shield after trying it.
