First of all. Love this firearm. I've got to ask. How long does it take to get approved to own one? Is it an easier NFA process for Gunway, LLC to take ownership or me personally? Can you put a Gunway logo on that thing???
@stuart, I'm just sent in my Form 1 for an SBR, and the ATF had told me, currently, they're 6 months behind on paperwork. They didn't break it down between LLC/Corp/Trust approval vs. Individual approval. So I would imagine it's the same time for either process.
No easy way around it... it's gonna be 5-6 months... the ATF has a record number of applications for Form 4's and only 14 people working them.. there are only 2 states that have their own ATF inspector... TX and FL... Our guy handles 8 states.. just get it started ... understand the idea that it will take some time and if it gets done earlier... bonus!
