If I had to guess, I'd say a model 29 setup for silhouette. I don't think that is factory.
Is the bottom one a model 14?
I'd say a Model 14 set up for PPC use. Mainly because it looks a lot like what seems to be a 6" Model 14 below it including the non-shrouded ejector rod.
Model 19 with custom sight modification,
I've never seen a Combat Magnum or Model 19 without a shrouded ejector rod.
