Awesome! Back in the day, I think my fastest 5K was in the 19-minute range. I averaged around 22-24 minutes. Awesome time!

@rabidalien This was my fastest 5K also. I feel like anything faster than that needs a commitment from me to eat right, drink less, and train more lol. Not sure if that's what I want just yet...
