My favorite in the gun safe. Its an FX45 1911GI by ATI with Hogue grips. Not anything fancy, but she gets the job done.

I like! I never heard of these but a quick search yielded this for me. www.thefirearmblog.com/
The Philipinos are really stepping up in the 1911 market. Nice.
Retails new for around $400. I got mine for $389 plus tax including an extra magazine. A guy had taken in out of the shop, decided he wanted a higher capacity Springfield, and brought it back two hours later. By the shops rules it was a used gun even though it had never been fired. I hope the guy is happy with his Springfield, because I am sure happy with this!
Never heard of this brand! Let us know how great it is! It's a nice 1911 on a budget!
Fired probably 500+ rounds through it so far. One failure to feed. It was on the second magazine I ran through it. My fault because I always clean any gun I purchase before I fire it but I forgot to check out the mag it came with. Had a lot of grease in it, cleaned the mag, now it runs like a champ. Still use that one as a backup magazine. I use the Kimber magazine they threw in as my primary.
