That thing is incredible.
When fired the A-10 airspeed drops slightly. Must be some recoil huh?
Take a look at a front-on shot of an A-10...the nose gear is slightly off-center. They started with the weapons system, added wings and a couple of honkin' engines, then slapped the auxiliary systems on as an afterthought. Such as pilot...landing gear...flaps...
